摘要
随着现代经济的不断发展，建筑行业已经到了前所未有的发展阶段，而且在我国的经济发展中，建筑业的发展又起着至关重要的作用，与我国的经济命脉息息相关。在规模庞大的项目建设过程中，如何在投资中降低成本、提高收益，是每个建筑投资者所面临的问题，而建筑工程预算就是建筑企业在施工中依据国家的相关的法律法规，准确科学地评估了工程在每个施工步骤和施工顺序中所需要投入的资金，并且对各个阶段投入的资金进行有效的合理的配置，所以工程预算在实际的工程项目建设中有着十分重要的作用。只有建筑工程预算的作用得到最大化的发挥，合理的控制工程造价、有效使用投入资金、科学分配施工资料和人员，才能达到控制企业成本、提高企业利润的目的。
本设计根据图纸利用定额计价法对工程进行了预算造价编制，首先根据图纸按预算定额规定的分部分项子目计算出工程量，利用品茗软件对工程量套用预算定额单价，根据舟山市3月份人材机的税后价格进行市场价的调整，然后按规定的取费标准确定其他直接费、间接费、利润、税金等等计算出招标控制价计算表。

In large project construction process, how to reduce cost, increase in investment income, is each building problems faced by investors, and construction engineering budget is construction enterprises in construction according to the national related laws and regulations, scientifically accurate assessment of the project in each construction procedure and construction order need the money, and at various stages of the money for effective and reasonable configuration, so in the actual engineering budget has a very important role in the construction of the project. Only maximize the play of the role of the construction project budget, reasonable control of project cost, effective use of construction materials and personnel investment, scientific distribution, to achieve the goal of enterprise cost control, improving corporate profits.
This design according to the drawings with the quota valuation method of engineering budget cost, first of all, according to the drawings as stipulated in the budget quota of partial Buddhism to calculate the quantity, use tea software on quantities to use budget quota unit price, according to the after-tax price of zhoushan's talent machine in March to adjust the market price, and then to the feeing standard of in accordance with the provisions, determine the other direct, indirect expenses, profits and taxes etc. Calculate the bidding price control calculation table.

1.工程预算编制说明
一、工程概况
1、本工程占地面积为729.25平方米，总建筑面积为5171.22平方米，无地下室结构，建筑层数是8层，室外标高至屋面板高度为24.7米。
2、本工程为多层民用建筑，上部结构为砖混结构，非抗震设防。
3、主体结构合理使用年限50年，耐火等级二级，土壤类别为三类土。
4、本工程混凝土均为现浇现拌混凝土，垫层混凝土强度为C10，条形和独立基础强度均为C25
5、本工程杂物间层所有梁柱板混凝土强度为C30，其余所有混凝土强度为C25。
6、受力筋的混凝土保护层厚度按以下要求采用，梁为20mm，柱为30mm，基础梁为35mm，现浇板为20mm。
7、本工程钢筋的定尺尺度为8m，超过长度搭接长度为40d。
8、钢筋混凝土构造柱与墙的连接是“五进五出”留60马牙槎错开与柱咬接。
9、梁柱配筋图中，梁支座箍筋加密区取1.5倍梁高，柱节点箍筋加密区取自楼面起500，板的分布筋为A8@200。
10、本工程在杂物间及三、五、七层设圈梁。过梁设置为有圈梁层为二级荷载，其他过梁为四级荷载。
11、砂浆强度杂物间与一层为M10混合砂浆，二三四层为M7.5混合砂浆，五六七层和阳台栏板均为M5.0混合砂浆。
12、本工程砌体均采用普通烧结砖。杂物间墙为370厚烧结砖，其余层除阳台栏板外均为240厚烧结砖，阳台栏板为120厚烧结砖。
13、窗的类型为铝合金平开窗，门的类型为无亮木门。
