摘要
GPS是英文Global Positioning System(全球定位系统)的简称。由于GPS技术具有全天候、高精度和自动检测的特点,作为先进的测量手段和新的生产力在军事、通信、通讯、气象、勘探、导航、遥感、大地测量、地球动力等众多领域得到极其广泛的应用。现在GPS的外形设计已经转向便携式发展,逐步踏入寻常百姓的生活中。
本次设计采用以GPS和电子罗盘相结合的方式,用电子罗盘来弥补GPS在静态和一些特殊自然环境下无法使用的缺陷,从而实现真正地多用途。设计以ATmega16单片机为控制核心,12864液晶显示屏为显示方式,采用了GPS模块(M-87)、HMC5883L三轴地磁传感器、ADXL345三轴加速度传感器从而实现了对时间、经纬度坐标、高度、海拔、速度、航向、方向、和倾角等数据的测量。本设计主要应用于航海、野外测量以及车辆的定位与导航等诸多方面。

Abstract
GPS is short for the English the Global Positioning System (GPS). GPS technology has the characteristics of all-weather, precision and automatic detection, as the very wide range of advanced measurement tools and new productivity in many areas of military, communications, telecommunications, meteorology, exploration, navigation, remote sensing, geodesy, earth dynamics applications. Shape design of GPS has been turned to a portable development, step by step into the lives of ordinary people.
The design uses a combination of GPS and electronic compass, electronic compass to compensate for the defect can not be used by the GPS in static and special natural environment, in order to achieve truly multi-purpose. Designed ATmega16 microcontroller to control the core 12864 LCD display, GPS module (M-87), HMC5883L three-axis geomagnetic sensor, the ADXL345 three-axis acceleration sensor in order to achieve the right time, latitude and longitude coordinates, altitude, altitude, measurement of speed, heading, direction, and angle data. This design is mainly used in many aspects of sailing, field measurements, as well as vehicle positioning and navigation.
