年产2万吨山楂酒工厂的设计——包装工段及车间的设计
摘要 此次设计负责年产2万吨山楂酒工厂设计的包装工段及其车间,设计内容包括厂址选择,产品方案的确定,物料衡算,设备选型,企业组织与劳动力平衡计算,公用系统及经济核算等方面。本工厂采用原汁发酵的方法制作山楂酒,其保留了山楂中的大部分保健和养生的作用,可用来治疗劳动过后身痛疲倦和妇女痛经等症,还具有健胃消食,降脂降压的功效,长期饮用还具有增强肌体免疫力和防癌抗癌的功效。
山楂酒的主要原料是山楂,又被称作红果,几乎含有所有水果营养成分,18种氨基酸,特别是维生素C的含量较高,达到89克,比苹果高17倍,比梨高30倍。其主要成分有:山楂酸、黄酮、维生素C,具有很高的营养价值和医疗价值。我国山楂品种资源丰富,分布广,营养价值高,保健功能强,开发山楂酒不仅利于山楂的消费,延长产业链,增加产业值,而且符合发展果酒的产业政策。
设计过程本着尽量满足工艺要求及有关国家标准,尽量满足消费者要求,尽量做到节约和环保的原则,同时有效促进地方经济发张,增加农民收入,力求设计出合理且能稳定发展的山楂酒工厂。

Design of Hawthom Wine Plant for Annual output 20000 Tons——Packaging section and Workshop Design

ABSTRACT This design is responsible for the annual output of 20000 tons of hawthorn wine factory design packaging and workshop. Design content including site selection, the determination of product solutions, material balance, equipment selection, the enterprise organization and labor equilibrium calculation, utility system and economic accounting, etc. The factory adopts the method of making hawthorn juice fermented wine, most of the preserved hawthorn health care and the role of preserve one's health, can be used to treat the body fatigue and pain after the women dysmenorrhea, etc, also with consumer food healthy stomach, lipid-lowering antihypertensive effect, long-term consumption also has the enhancement organism immunity and prevent cancer anticancer efficacy
Is the main raw material of hawthorn hawthorn wine, also known as fairy fruit, contained almost all fruit nutrition, 18 kinds of amino acids, especially vitamin C content is higher, up to 89 grams, 17 times higher than the apple and 30 times higher than pears. Its main ingredients are: hawthorn acid, flavonoids, vitamin C,has the very high nutritional value and medical value. Chinese hawthorn varieties rich in resources, wide distribution, high nutritional value and health care function, development is not only conducive to the consumption of hawthorn hawthorn wine, extend the industrial chain, increase industrial value, and conform to the development of wine industry policy.
Design process in line with meet the technological requirements and relevant national standards, as far as possible to meet consumer demand, try to be the principle of conservation and environmental protection, effectively promote the local economy at the same time, increase farmers' income, to design a reasonable and stable development of hawthorn wine factory.
