摘 要
电力电子技术是一门诞生和发展于20世纪的崭新技术,在21世纪仍将以迅猛的速度发展。以计算机为核心的信息科学将是21世纪起主导作用的科学技术之一。本次单相半波可控整流电路设计是基于MATLAB的系统仿真设计。
本文是基于Matlab的单相半波可控整流电路的设计与仿真,通过对单相的单相半波可控整流电路(电阻性负载)电路、单相半波可控整流电路(阻-感性负载)电路和单相半波可控整流电路(阻-感性负载加续流二极管)电路这三种进行电路设计和仿真,通过对仿真图形进行分析,了解这三种电路的工作原理和性能。

ABSTACT
Power electronic technology is a birth and development in the new technology of the 20th century, in the 21st century will remain at the speed of rapid development. With the computer as the core information science will be one of the science and technology play a leading role in the 21st century. The single phase half wave controlled rectifier circuit design is the design of system simulation based on MATLAB.
This paper is the design and Simulation of Matlab single phase half wave controlled rectifier circuit based on single phase, by single phase half wave controlled rectifier (resistive load) circuit, single phase half wave controlled rectifier circuit (resistive inductive load) circuit and single phase half wave controlled rectifier circuit (resistance of inductive load and freewheeling diode) circuit the three circuit design and simulation, through the simulation graph analysis, understand the working principle and performance of the three circuit.
