摘 要
社会发展,汽车保有量迅速增加,随之而来汽车尾气造成的环境污染问题也日趋严重。三元催化转化技术是目前应用最广泛,效果也最显著的发动机尾气机外净化技术。三元催化转化器可以使发动机尾气中的有害排放物如CO、HC、NOx同时降低90%以上,使汽车尾气污染得到有效控制。
许多车辆在实际使用过程中,由于使用不当造成三元催化转化器早期失效、损坏,致使它失去了减排的作用并造成发动机故障。本文分析三元催化转化器的结构、性能的特点,研究车辆使用特性对三元催化转化器性能的影响。研究表明,要使三元催化转化器正常使用,应使用规定级别或以上的润滑油、高品质的无铅汽油,保持发动机机械方面良好的工作状态,发动机电控系统也必须正常,还有车辆不宜长时间怠速等。
随着我国汽车工业的快速发展和机动车拥有量的快速增长,汽车尾气污染给城市环境带来巨大的影响,而汽车尾气净化转化器对此有着巨大作用,本文综述了其发展过程,分析了不同情况下转化器对汽车尾气的转化情况,展示了汽车尾气转化器的发展前景。

Abstract
With the development of society, the quantity of automobile is increasing rapidly, and the environmental pollution caused by automobile exhaust is becoming more and more serious. Ternary catalytic conversion technology is the most widely used and the most remarkable engine exhaust purification technology. The ternary catalytic converter can reduce the harmful emission of engine exhaust such as COHCOHCN NOx by more than 90% at the same time, so that the vehicle exhaust pollution can be effectively controlled.
In the actual use of many vehicles, due to improper use of ternary catalytic converter early failure, damage, resulting in it lost the role of emission reduction and cause engine failure. In this paper, the structure and performance of the ternary catalytic converter are analyzed, and the influence of the vehicle characteristics on the performance of the ternary catalytic converter is studied. The results show that in order to make the ternary catalytic converter work normally, it is necessary to use lubricating oil of specified grade or above, high quality unleaded gasoline, maintain good working condition of engine machinery, and the electric control system of engine must also be normal. There are vehicles should not idle for a long time and so on.
With the rapid development of China's automobile industry and the rapid growth of vehicle ownership, automobile exhaust pollution has a great impact on the urban environment, and the automobile exhaust purifier has a great effect on it. This paper summarizes its development process. The transformation of automobile exhaust gas by converter under different conditions is analyzed, and the development prospect of automobile exhaust converter is presented.
