In order to adapt to the open experimental teaching model, the original backward hydraulic cylinder test-bed was optimized and designed to make it a more advanced comprehensive intelligent experimental platform.Based on the traditional hydraulic cylinder test bench, this paper combines the PLC power and control technology and the electric power and control technology to realize the automatic power and control of the test table.The power and control panel of the original experimental platform and the whole power and console are designed.This paper describes the overall design scheme and research methods of optimal design.The optimized hydraulic cylinder test rig meets the requirements of open experiment in terms of technical performance and function. Fast and intelligent, it can carry out many comprehensive and design experiments on a single experimental equipment.
