年产50000吨11o啤酒厂生产车间工艺设计
摘 要
本设计是对年产5万吨11°淡色啤酒厂生产车间设计。在设计过程中，完成了啤酒生产工艺流程的确定，根据产量进行糖化和发酵车间的物料衡算及热量衡算，车间的设备计算和设备选型，糖化车间平面布置及工厂总平面设计，而且对啤酒厂的投资及经济效益进行评估并进行可行性分析。

Annual output of 50,000 tons of 11o Brewery Process Design Workshop
Abstract
This design is about an annual output of 50,000 tons pale beer production plant design. In the design process, the completion of the determination of the beer production process, according to production for saccharification and fermentation plant material balance and heat balance, workshop equipment and computing equipment selection, plant layout and plant glycosylation total graphic design, and on the brewery's investment and economic benefits and feasibility analysis.
