摘 要
本工程为XX市一拟建六层住宅。建筑面积约6000㎡,六层框架结构,建筑高度为16.90m,设有三个楼梯单元,一梯两户。本建筑物设防烈度为7 度。
本工程结构设计采用框架结构,结构计算按横向框架承重分析。内力计算考虑以下3种荷载作用,即水平地震作用下的内力,竖向恒、活载作用下的内力,重力荷载设计值作用下的内力。在进行截面抗震设计时,柱按偏压构件计算,为保证延性框架要“强剪弱弯,强柱弱梁,强节点、弱构件、强锚固”的设计原则,且满足构造要求。
本工程以手算为主,取一榀框架计算其在各种荷载情况下的内力,并进行内力组合,取最不利情况对进行配筋计算,此外还进行楼板设计计算、地基基础设计计算、楼梯设计计算,最后用PKPM对整个结构进行电算,在手算的基础上理解电算过程。

Abstract
This engineering is a flat of many layers intending to set up in Zhenjiang City. According to the use function, the construct contents six layer’s tall building .The high is 16.9ms of Main floor .Total building area is about 6000m2. The anti-seismic garrison of this building is seven point degrees.
This engineering construction design adoption the fragment construction. Being calculating the structure, the lateral structure is lacked as frame system and be analysis. Construction calculation considers of the action come from three loads, they are horizontal earthquake load, design value of gravity load and representative value of gravity load. Being underway the design of cross-section anti-seismic, we look the column as stubbornly pressed member to compute. In the interest of the assurance of the frame-work ability continue, we adhere to the design principle is “stranger column and weaker beam, stranger shear force and weaker bending, stranger joint stronger anchorage”. And the cross-section must to meet the demand of construction.
The engineering is mainly caculated by hand, besides, it is caculated by software PKPM. Through the total enginer, I grape most konwadge of frame construction .

工程名称:多层住宅框架结构设计。
本建筑采用全现浇混凝土框架结构,层数为6层,底层层高2.5 m,标准层层高为2.8 m,室内外高差为0.45 m。
基本设计资料:
基本风压:0.35KN/m2,设计基本地震加速度为0.15g,II类场地,设计地震分组为第一组
基本雪压:0.35KN/m2.
地震烈度:7度II类场地,设计地震分组为第1组。建筑抗震设防类别为丙类。
建筑物地下埋深1.2m。
1. 平面设计
建筑朝向为南北向,采用纵向4200mm、4800mm; 横向4800mm、5100m、4200m的柱距,满足建筑开间模数和进深的要求。
2. 立面设计
该建筑立面为了满足采光和美观需求,设置了大面积的玻璃窗。外墙面根据《98J1——工程做法》选用面砖饰面,不同分隔区采用不同的颜色区隔,以增强美感。
3. 抗震设计
建筑的平立面布置规则,建筑的质量分布和刚度变化均匀,楼层没有错层,满足抗震要求。
4. 屋面设计
屋面形式为不上人平屋顶,排水为有组织排水,排水方式为外排水屋面形式为平屋顶;平屋顶排水坡度为2%,排水坡度的形式为垫置坡度,排水方式为内排水。屋面做法采用《98J1——工程做法》中柔性防水,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板保温层屋面。
