摘 要
乙醇和苯是工业上极为重要的有机化工原料,广泛的运用到工农业的各个领域,因此两者的分离具有重要的意义。乙醇和苯混合物可形成共沸混合物,采用普通精馏的方法难以达到分离要求,但压力变化会明显影响到共沸组成,故可采用变压精馏的方法分离乙醇与苯。本设计采用Aspen Plus、Cup-Tower 软件对流程进行工艺模拟,设计内容包括精馏塔的工艺流程设计、物料衡算、热量衡算、塔体设计、设备计算,塔板水力学校核等,通过模拟得到了比较合适的工艺流程及操作条件。

ABSTRACT
Ethanol and benzene are very important organic chemical raw materials, which are widely used in various fields of industry and agriculture. So the separation of the two has important significance. The ethanol and benzene can form azeotropic mixture, The ordinary distillation methods can’t be used to achieve the separation requirements. But the change of pressure will significantly affect the azeotropic composition. Therefore, the pressure swing distillation method for separating ethanol and benzene. Aspen Plus, Cup-Tower of software to process process was simulated by the design, the design content including distillation process design, material balance, heat balance, the tower body design, equipment calculation, tray hydraulic core, through the simulation has been more appropriate process and operating conditions.
