摘 要
MDEA法是目前相对较好的脱硫工艺方法,它具有:1.对H2S和CO2的反应速率相差若干个数量级,具有很好的选择吸收能力;2.对酸性气体的吸收性好,兼有物理和化学吸收,溶剂负载量大,净化度高;3.在各种醇胺液中,MDEA溶液与酸性气体的溶解热最低,吸收与再生间温差小,再生温度低,故能耗低;4.稳定性好,使用中很少发生降解,对碳钢基本无腐蚀;5.MDEA溶液蒸汽压低,吸收酸性气体溶剂损失小,工业装置上溶解的年更换率为2%—3%。胺液脱除是所有的脱硫方法用完之后才被采用的,以15-20的TPD的选择性胺液脱硫是很复杂的,且取决于当地的压力,温度和硫化氢的腐蚀能力,而成本因素则是MDEA成为最常用的吸收溶剂的一个重要因素。MEA ,MDEA(甲基二乙醇胺)和许多其他化学溶剂也是特殊的胺化学溶剂,二氧化碳接触胺溶液时,硫化氢和二氧化碳均被胺溶液吸收,并尽量减少能源的消耗。

ABSTRACT
MDEA method is currently relative better of desulfurization process method, it has: 1. on H2S and CO2 of reaction rate difference several a number level, has is good of select absorption capacity; 2. on acid gas of absorption sex good, and has physical and chemical absorption, solvent load volume big, purification degrees high; 3. in various alcohol amine liquid in the, MDEA solution and acid gas of dissolved hot minimum, absorption and regeneration between temperature small, regeneration temperature low, so energy low; 4. stability good, using in the rarely occurred degradation, Carbon steel without corrosion vapour pressure of 5. MDEA solution, solvent loss of acidic gases, dissolved on the plant's annual turnover of 2%-3%. Amine desulfurization method of removal is all used up before being used, with 15-20 selective amine desulfurization of TPD is very complicated, and depends on the pressure, temperature and corrosion of hydrogen sulfide, but the cost factor is MDEA became an important factor in most commonly used solvent absorption. MEA and MDEA (methyl diethanolamine) and many other chemical solvents are also special amines chemical solvents, contact solution when carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide are absorbed by the amine solution, and reduce energy consumption.
