摘要

本篇设计是Y向箱体加工工艺及编程,Y向箱体零件的主要加工表面是表面的铣削加工,内表面的铣削加工和内孔,,的镗削加工以及直孔的钻削加工和8-M6-6H螺纹孔的钻、攻加工等。一般来说,保证平面的加工精度与保证孔系的加工精度相比,保证平面的加工精度比较容易。孔径加工都是选用专用钻夹具,夹紧方式一般选用手动夹紧,夹紧可靠。因此生产效率较高。能够满足设计要求。
文章的重点在于对Y向箱体的工艺性和力学性能分析,对加工工艺规程进行合理分析,对Y向箱体进行加工工艺的规程设计,包括了Y向箱体数控铣削加工,并且介绍了数控铣的加工工艺及编程,以此Y向箱体进行数控铣的加工工艺编制和数控编程的设计经过实践证明,通过合理地安排该Y向箱体的机械加工工艺路线,能够加工出合格的Y向箱体零件,以便于其他零部件的装配。

第一章
次设计的题目是Y向箱体的工艺设计与编程,本文是通过分析Y向箱体的性能特点,了解其工作原理等方面知识的基础之上完成的。通过对Y向箱体的实际加工结合设计要求,我在分析零件主要功能和工艺分析的基础上设计Y向箱体零件的加工工艺,并对Y向箱体的内表和内孔进行数控加工程序的编制。
在首件调试之前,首先要对Y向箱体零件图样的几何形状、技术要求、尺寸及工艺要求进行分析,明确加工的内容和要求,然后确定加工方案,根据零件的工艺要求合理选择机床并选择合理的刀具,另外,在编程之前需要设置合理的走刀路线以及选择合理的切削用量和计算工时。
通过本次毕业设计和学习,我能够对机械设计与制造有一个全貌的了解,能够掌握金属切削过程中的基本规律,并掌握有关机械加工的基本知识,能够选择零件的加工方法和机床、刀具、编程以及相关的加工参数,能够具备制定工艺规程的能力
