我国企业全面预算管理的现状及对策
摘 要
全面预算管理是一种全要素、全过程、全方位的管理方法，在现代企业管理中的重要组成部分，企业根据自身的特点，因地制宜地选择不同的预算管理方法，才能在激烈的市场竞争中取胜。本文旨在研究企业全面预算管理的相关问题，对加强企业全面预算管理有重要意义。通过本文的研究，对企业全面预算管理的相关问题有了深刻的认识，本文阐述了企业全面预算管理的相关理论，分析企业全面预算管理中存在的问题，并提出解决企业全面预算管理存在问题的对策。
