随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机在公司管理中应用的普及,利用计算机实现公司人事管理势在必行。计算机管理所无法比拟的优点检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高人事管理的效率,也是公司的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。对于大中小型公司来说,利用计算机支持公司高效率完成劳动人事管理的日常事务,是适应现代公司制度要求、推动公司人事管理走向科学化、规范化的必要条件。
本系统基本上能满足现代企业人事管理的需求,人事管理系统中使用各种表格,保存相关的人员信息,方便查询、浏览、修改等操作。工资管理系统的前提是一定要有员工的在职作为基础,在使用的时候一定要保证员工在职的人事信息数据库。企业人事管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。系统包含的主要功能为查询,修改,删除和添加,对职工的档案,职工工资、职工培训、职工的部门调动、职工奖惩等信息进行管理。本系统采用B/S模式,前台系统开发采用SSH2作为开发工具,后台采用SQL Server 2005 作为数据库管理系统。
