本论文主要研究的是哈夫模具的设计，介绍哈夫模具设计的方法和过程。先通过Pro/E软件画出哈夫零件，再对塑件进行分析，根据塑件的工艺特性选择材料，接着对注塑模具进行设计，选择注塑机的型号并进行校核，然后利用Moldflow对塑件进行CAE分析，再用正交实验法优化参数，再接着进行模架的设计：主流道的设计、浇口套的设计、型芯和型腔的设计、冷却系统的设计、导向机构的设计、推出机构的设计和定位环的设计，用EMX导出模架。最后写出模架的装配和工作过程。最终完成哈夫模具的设计。
