摘 要
随着社会的发展，技术的不断发展以及产品的不断更新换代使得人们对物质的要求越来越高，随之而来的问题便是越来越多的二手货物堆积了下来却无法得到更好的利用。
特别是在校园里面学生，首先，他们没有时间也没有精力去经营一个二手货物商店，而且他们也没有足够的二手货来支撑这个商店，一般校园里学生们的二手货都只是零散的，并不能得到很好的二次利用。
其次，一个主要的原因就是学生们并没有稳定的资金来源。 所以，建立一个校园二手市场交易网站是必要的，利用网络和数据库技术，结合目前硬件价格普遍下跌与宽带网大力建设的有利优势，基于B/S模式研究开发了基于Web 的二手商品交易平台这一ASP. NET应用程序。它运用方便，操作简单，效率很高近两年来，随着国际互联网以惊人的速度席卷全球之际，我国多媒体网络覆盖面也在不断扩大。正因如此，利用Internet这个媒介建立一个性能良好、界面美观的校园二手市场交易网站，创建校园二手市场交易系统平台，为学生们的二手货物能再次得到更好的利用而搭建一个良好的交易平台。这样既可以让学生们的二手货物可以得到更好的利用，又可以帮助同学们节省自己的生活开支。
