摘       要

家政服务作为现代生活中不可或缺的一部分，传统的服务模式存在信息不对称、服务效率低、管理不规范等问题。基于上述问题，本文研究开发一个基于Spring Cloud架构的家政服务平台，提供一种高效、便捷的家政服务管理模式。该平台分为运营管理端（PC）、用户端（微信小程序）和服务端（App），基于前端框架uni-app和Vue.js构建用户小程序端和服务人员App端，基于Vue.js构建运营管理端。运营管理端实现了服务管理、服务人员管理、客户管理和订单管理等功能，确保服务的规范化和高效运营。用户端支持用户定位、服务搜索、预约下单支付及评价等功能，为用户提供便捷的家政服务体验。服务端通过App实现，服务人员可进行身份认证、抢单操作、服务记录上传等功能，本文实现的系统具有功能完善、操作简便、扩展性强的优点，能够有效提升家政服务的管理效率和服务质量。

Abstract

As an indispensable part of modern life, household-related services are confronted with problems such as information asymmetry, low service efficiency and irregular management in traditional service models. Based on the above problems, this thesis studies and develops a household-related service platform based on Spring Cloud, which provide an efficient and convenient mode for household-related service management. The platform is divided into a management side (browser), a user side (WeChat Mini program), and a server side (App). Based on the front-end framework uni-app and Vue.js, the user mini program and service staff app end are developed, and the operation management side is based on Vue.js. The operation management side was implemented functions such as service management, service personnel management, customer management, and order management, ensuring standardized and efficient operation of services. The user end supports functions such as user positioning, service search, appointment, order payment, and evaluation, providing users with a convenient home service experience. The server is implemented through an app, and service personnel can perform functions such as identity authentication, order grabbing, and service record uploading. The system implemented in this article has the advantages of complete functionality, easy operation, and strong scalability, which can effectively improve the management efficiency and service quality of household services.
