摘 要
随着我国建筑行业近些年的高速发展,为满足建筑行业内招投标的需求,推行工程量清单计价模式已成为目前建筑工程行业发包计价改革的重要措施,采用工程量清单计价方式能反应建设项目的一些成本,以便于各企业自行报价和维护公平竞争的环境。本文以邛崃会议中心项目为研究依据,按照目前我国招投标情况、该项目实际情况进行广联达模型建立、手工算量、手电算对比分析、编制招标工程量清单和最高投标限价。本课题研究的是招标工程量清单和最高投标限价。通过本次毕业设计在对邛崃会议中心项目设计的过程,加强建模和算量能力,提升对招标工程量清单及最高投标限价编制的理解和应用,让自己在这个过程中将理论知识用于实践当中,增强动手能力,熟悉掌握编制招标工程量清单及最高投标限价的全过程。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's construction industry in recent years, implementing the bill of quantities pricing model has become a crucial measure for reforming project contracting and valuation systems to meet bidding requirements. This approach effectively reflects construction costs, enabling enterprises to submit competitive bids while maintaining fair market practices. Using the Qionglai Convention Center project as a case study, this research establishes a Guanglianda (GJL) model based on current bidding regulations and project specifics, followed by manual quantity surveying, computerized comparison analysis, bill of quantities preparation, and maximum bid limit determination. The study focuses on developing tender bill of quantities and setting maximum bid limits. Through this graduation project, we aim to enhance modeling and quantity surveying capabilities, deepen understanding of tender documentation preparation, apply theoretical knowledge to practical implementation, strengthen hands-on skills, and master the entire process of bill of quantities and bid limit formulation.
