ABSTRACT

This graduation project focuses on the 5th Elderly Care Home project of Wulian Industrial Co., Ltd. in the Qibaiyang A - 10 - 9 plot of Lishui Nancheng, aiming to complete the preparation of the civil engineering quantity list and bidding control price for this project. The project is a frame - structured building with 6 floors above ground, a building height of 24.70m, a fire protection height of 23.80m, a building area of 7759.21 square meters, a fire resistance level of 2, a seismic fortification intensity of 6 degrees, and a structural seismic fortification category of B.

During the research process, based on the construction drawings and structural construction drawings of the project, and strictly in accordance with relevant specifications and quota requirements, Guanglianda GTJ2025 calculation software was used to calculate the engineering quantities, and the calculation results were systematically sorted and summarized. Subsequently, with the help of Guanglianda cloud pricing software 2022, the preparation of the engineering quantity list and the setting of corresponding quotas were completed.

Through this design practice, the pricing principles of sub - item costs, measure project costs, other project costs, regulatory fees, and taxes have been deeply mastered. At the same time, the operation methods of the modeling software GTJ2025 and the pricing software have been proficiently grasped. The preparation of the engineering quantity list and bidding control price for this project has been successfully completed, providing strong support for practical engineering cost management.
