5-氮杂胞苷对平菇生长的影响研究
摘 要
为了研究经5-氮杂胞苷处理过平菇生长状况,用5-氮杂胞苷处理平菇母种,制作原种、栽培种,通过测量菌丝生长速度、纤维素酶活、漆酶酶活、出菇产量等数据评价5-氮杂胞苷对平菇生长的影响。结果表明,低浓度5-氮杂胞苷对平菇生长有促进作用,高浓度5-氮杂胞苷对平菇生长有抑制作用。经10umol/L 5-氮杂胞苷处理的平菇栽培过程中菌丝生长速度偏快,优于对照组和高浓度组,并且培养料中纤维素酶和漆酶活性高于对照组,平菇出菇产量明显提升。相反,经1m mol/l高浓度5-氮杂胞苷处理的平菇在菌丝生长速度、纤维素酶活、漆酶酶活、出菇产量等方面较对照组相比有所下降。

5- azacytidine effects on the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus
Abstract
To study by 5-azacytidine treatment mushroom growth conditions, with 5 aza CDR treatment of Pleurotus ostreatus mother kind, making seed, cultivated species, by measuring the mycelial growth rate, cellulase and laccase activity, the effect of growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mushroom yield data evaluation 5 aza cytidine. The results showed that low concentration of 5-azacytidine on mushroom growth have stimulative effect, high concentrations of 5-azacytidine on mushroom growth inhibition. The 10 umol / L 5 aza CDR treatment of mushroom cultivation in the process of mycelial growth rate too fast, better than the control group and high dose group and culture feed cellulase and laccase activity was higher than the control group, culture of oyster mushroom yield has improved significantly. On the contrary, by 1 m mol / l high concentrations of 5 aza CDR treatment of Pleurotus ostreatus in hyphal growth speed, cellulase, laccase, mushroom yield as compared with the control group decreased than that in.
