红豆杉产紫杉醇内生真菌t 318的初步形态分类鉴定
摘要
紫杉醇(Taxol)是一种目前最为高效的天然抗癌药物,对产紫杉醇内生菌的研究已是时下的热点。本实验以能从其树皮中分离纯化获得紫杉醇的辉县西沟红豆杉菌株为实验材料,编号为t 318,并对这株产紫杉醇的菌株进行分类鉴定,在无菌操作的条件下,用PDA培养基对其进行插片、铝箔接种培养,观察菌落的生长状况及形态变化,待菌丝孢子爬上盖玻片,在显微镜下观察菌丝及孢子的着生形态,经与《真菌鉴定手册》比对,初步鉴定t 318为木霉属。

Initial Shape Classification Identification of Endophytic Fungi t 318 of Producing Taxol
Abstract
As paclitaxel (Taxol) was the most effective natural anti-cancer drugs at present, study on taxol-producing endophytic bacteria has been a hot topic. In this experiment, yews numbered t 318, produced in Xigou area, Hui County, were chosen as experimental materials. They were taxol-producing strains of separation and purification from the bark, and were used for the classification and identification of the taxol-producing strains. First, under the aseptic conditions, yews were cultured on PDA medium to insert and inoculate culture with aluminum foil to observe the growth conditions and morphology changes. Then when hyphae and spores climb to the coverslip, the producing form of hyphae and spores were observed in the microscope. Finally by comparison with "Identification Manual on fungi", t 318 was preliminarily identified as trichoderma.
