摘要

21世纪是信息技术飞速发展的时代，计算机科学已深深融入人们的日常生活与工作中，成为推动各行各业进步的重要力量。随着科技的日新月异，各类管理系统在社会各领域得到广泛应用。高等院校作为科技创新的摇篮，实现人事管理的信息化已成为不可逆转的趋势。

本研究开发了一款人事管理系统，旨在实现人事管理的信息化、网络化、系统化和规范化，从而减轻工作人员的数据查询和统计负担，提高工作效率。该系统具备人事信息添加、管理、统计，以及人事工资管理和工资统计等多项功能。系统前台采用JSP作为开发语言，后台选用MySQL作为数据库管理系统，开发环境为IDEA，服务器则采用Tomcat。这是一款基于Web技术的B/S结构的人事管理系统，通过SSM框架技术处理前端界面传递的操作请求，并进行数据处理后返回前端。所有数据均存储在MySQL数据库系统中，实现数据库与程序的交互。

该系统不仅涵盖了人事管理的基本功能，还拓展了采购管理、出入库管理、维修管理以及报废管理等功能，实现了对企业设备的全面管理和跟踪。人事管理系统的广泛应用，将极大简化企业的设备管理工作，为设备管理部门提供便捷的操作平台，降低管理者的工作量，进而提升企业的社会经济效益。

Abstract

The 21st century is an era of rapid development of information technology. Computer science has been deeply integrated into People's Daily life and work, and has become an important force to promote the progress of all walks of life. With the rapid development of science and technology, all kinds of management systems are widely used in various fields of society. As the cradle of scientific and technological innovation, colleges and universities have become an irreversible trend to realize the informatization of personnel management.

This research has developed a personnel management system, aiming to realize the information, network, systematization and standardization of personnel management, so as to reduce the data query and statistical burden of staff, and improve work efficiency. The system has many functions, such as personnel information addition, management, statistics, personnel and salary management and salary statistics. JSP is the development language in the system front, MySQL is the database management system in the background, the development environment is IDEA, and the server is Tomcat. This is a personnel management system based on the B / S structure of Web technology. It processes the operation requests passed by the front-end interface through the SSM framework technology, and returns to the front-end after data processing. All the data are stored in the MySQL database system to realize the interaction between the database and the program.

The system not only covers the basic functions of personnel management, but also expands the functions of procurement management, storage and exit management, maintenance management and scrap management, realizing the comprehensive management and tracking of enterprise equipment. The wide application of the personnel management system will greatly simplify the equipment management of enterprises, provide a convenient operation platform for the equipment management department, reduce the workload of managers, and then improve the social and economic benefits of enterprises.
