双凸轮槽式槟榔分拣装置设计
摘要：本说明书设计了一种双凸轮槽式槟榔分拣装置。该装置包括机架、动力装置、提籽机构、移动控制机构与水平移动机构。提籽机构安装在动力装置中下部分，水平移动机构安装在动力装置上方，移动控制机构安装在驱动装置下中部分。本槟榔分拣装置无需手工操作便可以将夹持在双通道链式传输通道上的槟榔取出，并按照槟榔的正、次品情况将槟榔扎取并投入到指定的下一工位。本分拣装置的结构具有紧凑简单，便于维修与安装拆卸，并具有工作效率高，质量好，安全卫生，成本低等特点。

Double cam slot type betel nut sorting device
Abstract:This specification design a double cam slot type betel nut sorting device. The device includes frame, power device, seed lifting mechanism, moving control mechanism and horizontal moving mechanism. The seed lifting mechanism is installed in the middle and lower part of the power device, the horizontal moving mechanism is installed above the power device, and the moving control mechanism is installed in the middle part under the driving device. The sorting device can remove the betel nut held on the double-channel chain transmission channel without manual operation, and tie the betel nut to the designated next station according to the positive and situation of betel nut. The structure of this sorting device is compact and simple, easy to repair, install and disassemble, and has working effect High rate, good quality, safety and hygiene, low cost and other characteristics.
