摘要
本文旨在设计并仿真基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)与触摸屏技术的药品售货机控制系统。首先,通过广泛查阅相关文献,深入分析了PLC与触摸屏在自动售货机领域的应用现状和发展趋势,明确了研究目的、意义及方法。其次,根据实际使用环境和功能需求,进行了PLC控制器和触摸屏的选型,同时配置了相应的传感器和通讯模块。在PLC系统功能设计上,构建了包括初始化、商品识别、金额计算和出货等模块在内的完整控制系统,并完成了相应的编程工作。随后,利用触摸屏监控与控制通用组态软件,设计并实现了药品售货机的监控画面,确保用户操作的便捷性和准确性。最后,通过联合仿真调试,验证了系统的正确性和稳定性,并对系统进行了优化。本研究不仅为药品售货机的智能化控制提供了有效方案,也为类似自动售货机的设计提供了参考。

Abstract
This paper aims to design and simulate the vending control system based on PLC (programmable logic controller) and touch screen technology. First of all, through extensive review of relevant literature, the application status and development trend of PLC and touch screen in the field of vending machine are deeply analyzed, and the research purpose, significance and method are clarified. Secondly, according to the actual use environment and functional requirements, the PLC controller and touch screen are selected, and the corresponding sensors and communication modules are configured. In the functional design of PLC system, a complete control system including initialization, commodity identification, amount calculation and shipment modules is built, and the corresponding programming work is completed. Subsequently, the touch screen monitoring and control general configuration software was used to design and realize the monitoring screen of the drug vending machine to ensure the convenience and accuracy of user operation. Finally, the correctness and stability of the system are verified, and they are optimized. This study not only provides an effective scheme for the intelligent control of drug vending machines, but also provides a reference for the design of similar vending machines.
