摘 要
本文详细阐述了广州某钢结构厂房的设计计算过程。在建筑设计方面,我们深入研究了建筑方案的确定,包括平面柱网尺寸、建筑高度的合理选择,以及建筑平面、立面和剖面的精心设计。同时,我们也对主要部位的构造设计及材料做法进行了细致考虑,并绘制了相应的建筑施工图。在结构设计方面,我们根据建筑设计方案及原始设计资料,选择了合适的结构体系,并确定了柱距、跨度、支撑体系等关键参数,合理布置了结构构件。在此基础上,我们初步确定了材料强度等级及构件截面尺寸。随后,我们对厂房横向刚架进行了荷载计算、内力分析及截面设计,同时也完成了钢屋架、檩条、墙架及柱间支撑的设计。此外,我们还进行了基础的设计及配筋,并绘制了结构施工图。本研究不仅为广州某钢结构厂房的建设提供了全面的设计指导,也为类似工程的设计提供了有益的参考。

Abstract
This paper expounds the design and calculation process of a steel structure workshop in Guangzhou in detail. In terms of architectural design, we studied the determination of the architectural scheme, including the size of the plane column network, the reasonable choice of the building height, and the elaborate design of the building plane, facade and section. At the same time, we also carefully considered the structural design and material practices of the main parts, and drew the corresponding building construction drawings. In terms of structural design, we selected the appropriate structural system according to the architectural design scheme and the original design data, and determined the key parameters such as column spacing, span and support system, and reasonably arranged the structural components. On this basis, we preliminarily determined the material strength grade and component section size. Subsequently, we carried out load calculation, internal force analysis and section design for the transverse rigid frame of the workshop, and also completed the design of steel roof frame, purlin, wall frame and column support. In addition, we also carried out the basic design and reinforcement, and drew the structure construction drawing. This study not only provides a comprehensive design guidance for the construction of a steel structure workshop in Guangzhou, but also provides a useful reference for the design of similar projects.
