简易田垄除草机设计
摘 要
随着中国经济迅速的发展,人们对于生活质量的要求也在逐渐提升。而环境作为检验生活质量的主要方面,受到社会各界人士的广泛关注。乡村作为重要的人口聚集地它的环境质量是人们关注的重点,田垄则是评价一个乡村的重要方面。由于田垄具有适应性强、价格低廉、可随意栽种的特点,所以它成为田垄的主要元素。
本课题便是针对田垄的主要元素田垄的修剪打理方面进行设计。现在田垄的修整都是通过除草机来完成。同时通过对社会的调查分析出乡村田垄具有“小而多”的特点。针对田垄的这一特点把设计定位在便携方面。同时通过对现有产品与未来发展方向的分析,把产品定位于绿色能源的使用方向。通过对现在流行趋势的分析发现,越来越多的人喜欢简洁向往自然。所以把产品的造型定位在优美的自然形态与简洁的几何形两个方向。
本文旨在设计一款能调节尺寸、适用于田垄的除草装置,并基于ANSYS软件对关键零部件进行有限元仿真分析。本文首先介绍了当前农作物种植过程中除草设备的主要结构和工作原理,然后详细阐述了田垄除草装置的设计过程,包括主要结构和零部件尺寸的设计。在设计过程中,我们不仅考虑了设备的实用性,还充分考虑了机械设计的美观性和创新性。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's economy, people's requirements for the quality of life are also gradually improving. As the main aspect of testing the quality of life, the environment has been widely concerned by people from all walks of life. As an important population gathering place, the environmental quality of a city is the focus of people's attention, and farmland is an important aspect of evaluating a city. Because of its strong adaptability, low price and easy planting at will, it becomes the main element of the ridges. This topic is to design the main elements of the ridge of the ridge.
Now the ridges are done by a weeding machine. At the same time, through the investigation of the society, the urban ridges have the characteristics of "small but many". In view of this characteristic of the design is positioned in the portable aspect. At the same time, through the analysis of the existing products and the future development direction, the products are positioned in the use direction of green energy. Through the analysis of the current trend, more and more people like simplicity and yearn for nature. Therefore, the shape of the product is positioned in the beautiful natural form and simple geometric shape in two directions.
This paper aims to design a weeding device suitable for field ridges, and to conduct finite element simulation analysis of key parts based on ANSYS software. This paper first introduces the main structure and working principle of weeding equipment in the current crop planting process, and then expounds the design process of ridge weeding device, including the design of main structure and component size. In the design process, we not only consider the practicality of the equipment, but also fully consider the aesthetics and innovation of the mechanical design.
