摘要
本文旨在设计一款家用型果脯烘干机,以满足家庭中对果脯加工的需求。该设计以实用性和便捷性为原则,同时注重产品的安全性和环保性。首先,通过市场调研和分析,确定了产品的功能和主要技术参数。然后,利用CAD软件进行建模和结构设计,并利用SolidWorks进行模拟分析和优化。在设计中,特别考虑了果脯烘干机的加热方式、温度控制、烘干效率以及使用的安全性等问题。此外,也考虑到了产品的外观设计和材料选择,以使其符合现代家居的风格。最后,完成了机械设计,并撰写了相应的毕业设计论文。

Abstract
This paper aims to design a household dried fruit dryer to meet the needs of dried fruit processing in the home. The design is practical and convenient, while paying attention to the safety and environmental protection of the product. First, through market research and analysis, the functions and main technical parameters of the product are determined. Then, CAD software for modeling and structure design and simulation analysis and optimization using SolidWorks. In the design, the heating method, temperature control, drying efficiency and the safety of the dried fruit dryer are specially considered. In addition, the appearance design of the product and the material selection are also considered to make it conform to the style of the modern home furnishing. Finally, I completed the mechanical design, and wrote the corresponding graduation design thesis.
