毕业设计摘要
摘要:该课题的名称为“宣化某毛纺厂废水处理工程工艺设计”。 该工程所处理的污水主要是由染色废水和洗线、洗毯、刺绣车间废水组成。根据建设方提供的资料,在厂区西南角,全厂地势最低处投建一座污水处理站。根据水质和水量等特点,本设计采用以生物接触氧化法为核心的污水处理工艺。除了核心的生物接触氧化池,还有调节池,水解酸化池,竖流沉淀池,污泥浓缩池,泵房,脱水机房,鼓风机房等处理构筑物及其附属建筑物。设计的内容包括:方案的比较确定、处理构筑物的选择、单体构筑物的计算、高程的计算、图纸的绘制。设计时间为四个月,设计文件包括:设计说明计算书,设计图纸等。

一、 引言
本厂是一个有几十年历史的毛毯、毛线的生产厂家,全厂1000多人,产值3000多万元。根据本厂的实际情况在厂区西南角建设一座污水处理站,集中处理本厂所产生的各种污水,处理后的污水排入市政污水管网。污水处理应采用先进的技术设备,要求经济合理,安全可靠,出水水质好;保证良好的出水水质,效益高;污水的处理构筑物要求布局合理,建设投资少,占地少;自动化程度高,便于科学管理,力求达到节能和污水资源化。
