摘 要
伴随着Internet的兴起和快速发展，信息化已然成为各行各业发展的潮流，在教育领域，也越来越趋于网络化。传统的学生成长档案管理既复杂又耗时耗力，导致档案使用率极低，从而无法满足学校信息化，智能化和快捷化的需要。所以，构建一套高效，便捷的学生成长档案管理系统，成为学校亟待解决的问题。
档案管理系统从纸质记录逐渐转型为电子存储，但在档案管理系统的设计创新中，仍存在分类系统滞后，鉴定模式差异等尚未完善的系统设计问题。以档案管理系统的基本功能作为切入点，探究档案管理系统的设计与创新，推进学校学生管理的现代化发展。
本文以面向对象为基本理念，采用统一建模语言这一工具，主要采用vue和html和css以及一些后台技术如vue，sql等后台技术，对档案管理有关业务进行了需求分析，并结合系统及用户需求，采用多层次功能架构，有效实现了高校档案管理系统的档案立卷，审核，移交，管理等多项功能。实践显示，该系统有效提高了高校档案信息管理的效率及质量，具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract
Along with the rise and rapid development of Internet, information has become the trend of the development of various industries, in the field of education, more and more tend to network. The traditional student growth file management is both complex and time-consuming, which leads to the very low utilization rate of archives, which can not meet the needs of school information, intelligence and speed. Therefore, the construction of an efficient and convenient student growth file management system has become an urgent problem for schools.
The file management system is gradually transformed from paper records to electronic storage, but in the design innovation of the file management system, there are still some imperfect system design problems, such as the lag of the classification system and the difference of the identification mode. Taking the basic function of the archives management system as the starting point, this paper probes into the design and innovation of the archives management system, and promotes the modern development of the school student management.
This paper takes object-oriented as the basic idea, adopts the unified modeling language as the tool, mainly uses the vue and the html and the css as well as some backstage technology such as the vue,sql and so on backstage technology, has carried on the demand analysis to the archives management related business, Combined with system and user requirements, multi-level functional architecture is adopted to effectively realize the file filing, audit, transfer and management functions of university archives management system. Practice shows that the system effectively improves the efficiency and quality of archives information management in colleges and universities, and has certain application value.
