摘 要
在4G时代，建设移动通信基站是提高电信企业竞争力的重要手段之一。相关企业建设基站后，对其进行有效管理，可以提高企业的竞争力，通过降低建设成本，可以实现企业增效。4G网络与原有的移动通信基础设施相比，其前景获得了广泛的关注，在基站的建设上面临着更大的挑战，因此，为了提供更好的通信服务，相关企业在进行建设时，必须提前完成建设规划，在建设过程中加快建设进程，有效降低建设成本，从而提高服务质量。
本文将具体介绍有关4G基站的建设问题。研究内容包含：4G通信基站的主要组成部分；4G基站的选址和勘察思路；移动基站接地系统；通信基站防雷、基站选址与勘察在实际中的应用。
主要解决的主要问题：通信信道的基本要求；4G移动通信基站的基本选址的特点和要求；4G通信基站防雷技术要求；选择合适的基站进行现场的勘察工作，并对现场进行充分的分析。

Abstract
During the 4 G era, the construction of mobile communication base station is one of the important means to improve the competitiveness of telecom enterprises. After the construction of the base station, the effective management of the related enterprises can improve the competitiveness of the enterprises, and the efficiency of the enterprises can be realized by reducing the construction cost. Compared with the original mobile communication infrastructure, the 4G network has received extensive attention and is facing greater challenges in the construction of base stations. Therefore, in order to provide better communication services, relevant enterprises must complete the construction plan ahead of time, speed up the construction process, effectively reduce the construction cost and improve the service quality.
Construction of 4 base stations G introduced in detail. The research contents include :4 G the main components of the communication base station ;4 G the location and survey ideas of the base station; the grounding system of the mobile base station; the application of lightning protection, site selection and survey of the communication base station in practice.
The main problems are as follows: the basic requirements of communication channel G the characteristics and requirements of basic location of mobile communication base station, the technical requirements of lightning protection of communication base station, the selection of suitable base station for site investigation, And the site is fully analyzed.
