摘 要
随着人工智能图像识别技术的快速发展,基于各类典型网络算法的变电站运维巡视技术得到了业界的广泛研究。文章基于人工智能算法成熟度以及应用模型迭代完善需求,构建了一种在线算法模型更新与迭代的在线远程巡视方案,为变电站端开展在线远程巡视应用奠定了基础。
电力监控是电力调度中的重要工作环节,传统的电力监控工作,需要测量人员携带相应的测量仪器进入高压变电设备的布置区域内进行实地测量,测量工作存在较高的危险性。近年来为了降低电力监控工作的危险性,已经改用监控仪器配合网络技术和计算机技术来实现对高压变电设备的远程监控。本文就是针对这种远程监控技术做出的研究,主要介绍变电站监控系统的发展现状和具体功能,以便为实现变电站远程图像管理做出参考性作用。
220kV变电站图像监控系统是无人值班变电所的远方监控的有力工具。它增加了新的遥视功能,在变电所的安全运行及防盗,防火等方面起到了非常重要的作用。因此越来越多的电力局把远程图像监控系统作为自动化变电站管理的新手段。本文主要阐述了变电站远程图像监控系统设计原则,并举例分析了变电站远程图像监控系统设计方案。

Abstract
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence image recognition technology, substation operation and maintenance inspection technology based on various typical network algorithms has been widely studied in the industry. Based on the maturity of artificial intelligence algorithm and the requirement of iterative improvement of application model, an online remote patrol scheme for updating and iteration of online algorithm model is constructed, which lays a foundation for the application of online remote patrol at substation end.
Electric power monitoring is an important part of power dispatching. The traditional power monitoring work requires surveyors to carry the corresponding measuring instruments into the layout area of high voltage substation equipment for field measurement. There is a high risk in the measurement work. In recent years, in order to reduce the danger of power monitoring, monitoring instruments have been used to cooperate with network technology and computer technology to realize remote monitoring of high voltage substation equipment. This paper is a research on this remote monitoring technology, mainly introduces the development status and specific functions of substation monitoring system, in order to make a reference for the realization of substation remote image management.
220 kV Substation image monitoring system is a powerful tool for remote monitoring of unattended substations. It adds new remote viewing function and plays a very important role in the safe operation of substation, theft prevention and fire prevention. Therefore, more and more power bureaus regard remote image monitoring system as a new means of automatic substation management. This paper mainly expounds the design principle of substation remote image monitoring system, and analyzes the design scheme of substation remote image monitoring system with examples.
