摘 要
噪声是现代社会发展的产物,环境污染越来越受到人们的关注,如何处理噪音污染问题,成为人们关注的焦点。本次设计以现有的绞肉机减噪改良为基础。在取得绞肉机减噪改良的一些基本资料以后,通过分析现有绞肉机减噪改良的不同特点和用途可以对本次的设计题目做一个初步定位。加之对现有绞肉机减噪改良可能出现的不足之处进行改进。考虑将多种功能在一台机子上实现得可能性。初步确定设计方案,并确定此次设计的大致功能。
本次设计提供一种高效绞肉机降噪减振结构,包括功能机构以及夹紧机构,所述功能机构下端设有夹紧机构,所述功能机构包括弧形板,弹簧一,中空杆,弹簧二以及滑杆,所述夹紧机构包括螺杆,壳体,连接柱,辅助皮带轮以及传动皮带轮,并借助PRO/E和AutoCAD软件作出这些部分的准确图形,在准确的图形上再次分析布局的合理性,形成一个初期产品。再由导师的检验和建议后对缺陷和不合理的地方进行改善。
在这个过程中借助ANSYS软件对振动特性进行有限元分析,根据有限元分析提出减噪改良的方案。在导师的指引下并考虑外形的美观对关键机构进行分析和设计,计算尺寸、分析应力、校核材料等。再根据机构得分布设计出产品的外形。最后再次分析论证,得出设计结果。

Abstract
Noise is the product of the development of modern society. Environmental pollution has attracted more and more attention. How to deal with noise pollution has become the focus of attention. This design is based on the existing meat grinder noise reduction improvement. After obtaining some basic data of noise reduction and improvement of meat grinder, by analyzing the different characteristics and uses of noise reduction and improvement of existing meat grinder, a preliminary positioning can be made for this design topic. In addition, the existing meat grinder noise reduction improvement may be improved. Consider the possibility of implementing multiple functions on a machine. Initially determine the design plan, and determine the general function of the design.
The design provides an efficient meat grinder noise reduction and vibration reduction structure, including a functional mechanism and a clamping mechanism. The lower end of the functional mechanism is provided with a clamping mechanism, which includes an arc plate, a spring, a hollow rod, a spring two and a sliding rod. Then the tutor's inspection and advice to improve the defects and unreasonable places.
During this process, the finite element analysis of vibration characteristics is carried out by ANSYS software, and the noise reduction improvement scheme is put forward according to the finite element analysis. Under the guidance of the tutor and considering the beauty of the appearance, the key mechanism is analyzed and designed to calculate the size, analyze the stress, check the material and so on. Then according to the distribution of the mechanism to design the shape of the product. Finally, the design results are obtained.
