摘 要
林江水利枢纽工程是以城乡生活供水及工业供水,生态环境用水为主,兼有农业灌溉,发电,防 洪,养殖等综合性能的大型水利枢纽工程.该工程主要建筑物包括混凝土面板堆石坝,左岸两条基本平行的表孔溢洪洞,右岸有压放空泄洪排沙洞,右岸引洮总干进 水口,右岸引水发电系统及地面厂房等.工程总体布置较好地结合了工程区的水文,气象,地形地质条件,目前运行情况良好,各项指标均达到设计要求,满足整个 工程的功能要求,达到了预期的目的.
设计布置的优劣,不仅影响工程建设的投资和系统运行费用,还影响工程建设工期、工程质量.因此,必须对此加以重视.本文首先说明了水利枢纽设计布置的特点,然后分析了总体布置原则.
本设计对枢纽的主体建筑物进行了认真的方案比选和详细的尺寸设计,并对所设计的建筑物进行了安全校核,保证建筑物的安全运行。同时对水电站和施工导流进行了简要的设计。

Abstract

The main structures of the project include concrete face rockfill dam, two surface outlets spillway tunnels with parallel foundations on the left bank, pressure relief flood discharge and sediment discharge tunnel on the right bank, and water intake of Taohe main trunk on the right bank, The general layout of the project is well combined with the hydrological, meteorological, topographical and geological conditions of the project area. At present, the operation is good. All indexes meet the design requirements, meet the functional requirements of the whole project, and achieve the expected purpose

This design has carried on the careful scheme comparison and the detailed size design to the main building of the hub, and has carried on the security check to the designed building, guaranteed the safe operation of the building.
