摘    要

本设计主要从工程概况、施工导流、项目划分、主体工程施工、施工厂房布置、施工交通布置、施工总平面布置、主体工程量计算、重要技术措施、施工预算等几个方面全面而系统的讲述了南皮县节制闸工程施工组织设计及施工预算的整个过程。

设计内容主要是对各分项工程进行了详细的工程量计算。对于施工过程中遇到的典型的施工方案，进行了方案比较选出切实可行的方案。根据设计出的施工方案和计算出的各项工程量，对整体施工过程进行了详细的进度计划安排，确保整个工程各个施工阶段前后的逻辑关系准确无误并且能够满足工期要求。同时对于施工期间注意的事项、重要技术措施、总平面布置规划、原材料存放、机械设备使用、人员生活安排、管理组织安排、周边群众关系处理等方面做出了合理安排，制定出严明的制度，在安全第一、质量第一的前提下使整个施工高效有序的进行。最后根据所用到的原材料、设备、人员通过造价信息利用易投软件确定出工程预算。

周密的施工组织设计确保了施工的顺利进行，工作效率也大大提高，施工技术组织措施越来越完善，施工质量大大提高。

ABSTRACT

This design itroduces the Construction organization design and construction budget of Nanpi County Sluice Project. The content of the design is divided into ten chapters, which respectively introduce the Project overview, construction diversion, project division, main project construction, construction plant layout, construction traffic layout, general construction layout planning, main project quantity calculation, important technical measures, construction budget, etc.

There are two parts in this design which introduce quantity calculation about all parts of the project. For the typical construction plan，the feasible scheme is selected by comparing the schemes. According to the designed construction scheme and calculated quantities, this project has a detailed schedule for the whole construction process. For ensuring the scheme ,the period requirement is arranged based on the logical relationship between the whole construction stage, and can meet the construction period requirement. At the same time, a strict and clear system has been formulated about important measures, master plan, raw material storage, use of equipment, personnel living arrangement, handling of surrounding mass relations, etc.

For ensuring the quality and safety, the construction is made efficiently and orderly. Finally, according to the raw materials, equipment and personnel, the project budget is determined by using the YiTou software and the cost list.

Careful construction organization design ensures the smooth progress of the construction, greatly improves the work efficiency, more and more perfect construction technical organization measures, and greatly improves the construction quality.
