摘要：全过程工程咨询项目的投资管控并不是一项简单且容易分析的工作内容，而且在整个企业工程中起着重要的影响作用和管控作用相关工作人员和管理人员应该以更科学、更严谨、更长远的眼光去看待企业的全过程工程咨询服务与投资管控，基于从投资人角度对项目总体效益目标需求的实现愿望，以及多种项目投融资模式的并行(如PPP项目)、"一带一路"等大型复杂项目的实施都对项目管理提出了更高要求，因此本文从当前工程咨询的公司所面临的发展现状入手，对提高项目咨询服务质量及投资管控水平的策略进行研究。
