清水县土地局办公楼设计
摘要：本设计为甘肃省天水市清水县土地局办公楼设计，主要包括结构设计和施工组织设计两个部分。
该办公楼高18.80m，总建筑面积为2992.54m2，耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为8度。结构设计包括框架设计、构件设计和基础设计等。其中，框架采用钢筋混凝土纵横向框架承重布置方案，基础采用钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础。本文采用了PKPM软件进行设计，得出了结构施工图。其中楼梯间计算使用理正结构快速设计软件。施工组织设计包括施工方案设计、工程算量（手算）、施工进度表和施工现场布置四个部分。

Abstract：This design for the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources office building of Qingshui county,Tianshui city,Gansu Prov. design.Mainly includes the structural design and construction organization design two parts.
This apartment high 18.80m, the total floor space is 2992.54m2, the fireproof rank is two levels, the earthquake resistance fortification intensity is 8 degrees.In this foundation, carries on the endogenic force combination according to the most disadvantageous principle, finally obtains matches the muscle achievement.In addition, this article used the PKPM software to carry on the design, has obtained the structure construction drawing.The staircase was calculated by Lizheng structural design software.Construction organization design includes construction design, engineering quantity calculation (hand writing), the construction schedule and construction site layout of four parts.
