随着计算机科学的发展，数据库技术在Internet中的应用越来越广泛，为广大网络用户提供了更加周到和人性化的服务。个性化已逐渐成为当今Web应用的潮流。本文研究了一种基于数据关联规则垃圾分类网站，此方案与现今网上已采用的一些方案相比，具有用户使用更简单、界面更直观等优点。现在人类已经进入了信息社会、数字时代，越来越多的垃圾分类也开始搭建自己的专属网站，垃圾分类网站的建设可以更有效的宣传垃圾分类信息，垃圾分类新闻一出，在几分钟内便可以发布到网站中，供网站访问者查看，可以大大提高垃圾分类日常经营、宣传效率，网站只需要常规的维护费用，不仅降低了成本，并且减少了不必要的工作量，还不受低于限制，快速方便的提供最精确、丰富的信息资源，大大提高垃圾分类的知名度。

学习并掌握HTML，CSS，JSP技术，MYSQL数据库基础原理；搭建具有垃圾详细分类显示功能的网站主界面和注册，留言等功能，以及需要管理员进行网站信息修改等后台功能设计。

前台为主界面，面向注册以及前来访问的用户，可以查看网站所展示的所有功能。主要功能如下：各类垃圾分类信息功能：展示信息，由管理员添加和管理信息；用户注册功能：让非注册用户填写基本信息；我的信息功能：查看自己的基本信息，以及参加的志愿活动详情；我要建议功能：为社区、学校等地的垃圾分类管理提出意见和建议，让更多人的垃圾分类管理者看见；我要留言功能：方便用户与管理员交流。网站后台主要由管理员使用，输入正确账号及其密码进行登录，登录成功后主要功能有：管理员个人信息管功能；垃圾分类管理修改功能，进行修改添加等；志愿活动管理系统，进行活动的发布以及参加者的管理审核等；处理建议功能，将意见和建议投送到相应的网站邮箱；留言公告功能，对用户的留言进行删除和回复管理。
