摘 要
随着企业规模的扩大和经营范围的增加，企业日常生产运营中资产的种类在逐渐地增加，单纯依靠管理人员的人工管理已无法满足企业对资产进行科学、高效管理的更高要求。利用先进的计算机技术、科学的方法和管理手段对企业资产进行管理，使企业在日常运营中各类资产的使用达到最优配置，在提高管理人员工作效率的同时，也降低了管理成本，增强了企业活力。本文分析了固定资产管理的发展及其优越性，对某企业IT中心固定资产管理工作的业务需求进行了需求调研和需求分析，在对资产管理系统进行了需求分析的基础上、进行了数据库设计、系统功能设计及编码等，本资产管理系统实现了IT中心固定资产的用户管理、系统设置、入库出库管理、资产查询等功能。通过使用本系统，可以对IT中心固定资产进行灵活的个性化管理，提高管理工作的效率，并能为管理人员提供相应的决策信息，以利于各类资产达到最优配置，实现公司资产的数字化管理。本系统是按照企业级应用进行设计开发的，利用PHP语言的灵活性,与MySQL强大的数据库功能快速开发基于B/S架构的IT中心资产管理系统。通过计算机信息处理技术与企业管理有机结合，来解决工作中的实际问题，提高企业固定资产管理工作的效率。

Abstract
With the increase of the expansion of enterprise scale and business scope, the types of enterprise assets in daily production operation in gradually increase, rely on management of artificial management have been unable to satisfy the business enterprise of assets to be scientific and efficient management of higher requirements.The method of using advanced computer technology, science and management means to manage enterprise assets, make the enterprise use of all kinds of assets in the daily operation to achieve the optimal configuration, while enhances the working efficiency of the management staff, also reduced the management cost, enhances the enterprise vitality.In this paper, the development of the fixed assets management and its advantages, IT centers on the management of fixed assets of an enterprise business needs demand research and demand analysis, the asset management system on the basis of the demand analysis, database design, system function design, coding, etc., the asset management system to achieve the IT center of the fixed assets of user management, system Settings, inbound outbound assets management, query and other functions.By using this system, IT can be flexible and personalized management center of the fixed assets, improve the efficiency of the management work, and can provide management with relevant decision-making information, the optimum configuration for all kinds of assets, the realization of digital management of the company's assets.This system is carried out in accordance with the enterprise application design and development, the use of the flexibility of the PHP language, and MySQL powerful database function rapid development based on B/S architecture of central IT asset management system.Through the computer information processing technology and the organic combination of enterprise management, to solve the practical problems in work, improve the efficiency of enterprise management of fixed assets.
