摘 要
跑步机在现在社会已经成为大多数人在有限的地方进行锻炼的主要方式,而多功能跑步机更为大部分人青睐。正因为其占地小、功能齐全、能达到有效的健身目的,正在被广大的群众所需求。
本设计主要研究内容包括总体功能设计、传动机构设计、外形结构设计、前后滚筒的设计。根据研究内容各部分可细分为:总体功能设计(已确定实验的人体结构和运动特点,并且根据其锻炼给出相应的保健需求)包括基本功能、构造设计和功能原理的确定;传动机构设计包括电动机类型、功率选择及技术参数、传动机构设计及其参数选择、多楔带带轮结构和尺寸选择和带传动张紧装置选择;外形结构设计包括机架的设计和支架的设计;前后滚筒设计包括轴承的计算、轴的设计和强度计算和滚筒要求。同时还包括跑步板及跑步带的设计、使用和维护等。

Abstract
The treadmill in the society now has become the majority of the people in the limited places to exercise the main way, and the multifunctional treadmill for most people favor. Because of its small land occupation, complete function, can achieve effective fitness for purpose, being broad masses place needs.
The design of the main research contents include the overall functional design, transmission design, shape design, front and rear drum design. According to the research content of each part can be divided into: the overall functional design ( has been determined experimentally human body structure and movement characteristics, and according to their exercise given the care needs ) including basic function, structure design and functional principle of determination; transmission mechanism design includes motor type, power selection and technical parameters, transmission mechanism design and parameter selection multi wedge belt pulley, the structure and size selection and belt tensioning device selection; shape structural design includes a frame design and stent design; before and after the drum design includes bearing calculation, shaft strength calculation and design requirements and drum. At the same time also includes the running plate and a running belt design, use and maintenance.
