摘 要
2010年渝北区农业灌溉、城镇供水和农村人畜饮水总量将达到41910.3万m3,目前渝北区可供水量离这一供水目标相差甚远,水已严重制约渝北区国民经济和社会发展。在观音洞处修建后河水利枢纽是解决农业缺水和城区供水最理想的方案,也是渝北区水利建设者和城建部门多年来的梦想。该处地形地质条件好,根据重庆市水环境监测中心水质检验报告,后河水利枢纽水质达国家Ⅱ类水标准,是不可多得的水源工程。
后河水利枢纽枢纽工程设计内容包括五个部分:坝线、坝型选择和枢纽布置方案比较;坝体剖面设计;坝体细部构造;投资预算;绘制设计图纸。其中,对枢纽总布置和坝体剖面设计作了较为详尽的分析、比较和计算。

Abstract
In 2010 the total amount of water will reach to 41.9103 billion cubic meters in the Yubei district ,including agriculture’s irrigation, town’s water supply and the drink water for person and domestic animal. Up to now, the Yubei district still has a long way to go to meet the need. Water has become the main factor to restrict the development of economy and society. To construct the Kwan-yin-cavity reservoir is not only the ideal scheme to solve the short of water, but also the dream of irrigation works’ erector and the construct department. This locate has a good condition of geology and water quality. Base on the test report form the center of water environment inspect of Chongqing, the water quality reach the second standard of GB, it’s hard to come by such a good location of fountain engineering.
