摘 要
烟苗移栽的过程是把采用漂浮育苗长成的幼苗,通过人工挖坑浇水栽植到事先整理好的田间烟垄上。要想高效实现这一农艺过程就离不开链夹式烟苗注水移栽机械化,在吊篮式链夹式烟苗注水移栽机构中,要想实现可靠的移栽,栽植器在随驱动盘转动的过程中应该始终处于铅垂状态,待栽植器人土时由打开机构打开实现移栽;也就是说栽植器在随驱动盘做公转的同时还要自传,自传到一定位置便自行打开。要实现烟草种植规模化,必须实现种植机械化。为此,在吸收国内外链夹式烟苗注水移栽机优点的基础上,结合我国烟草种植区域的特点和现代种植农艺要求,通过分析计算,仿真建模设计出了一种适合我国烟草种植的链夹式烟苗注水移栽机构。
本课题研究的重点是投苗机构:主要问题是“零速投苗”。对于大葱特殊的要求:高直立性、小株距、覆土深等,设计了链夹式大葱链夹式烟苗注水移栽机,包括四部分:喂苗机构、投苗机构、机架和传动系统。

Abstract

The research focus of this topic is the seedling-feeding mechanism: the main problem is "zero-speed seedling-feeding". For the special requirements of spring onion, such as high standing, small plant distance, soil cover and so on, a chain-clamped spring onion transplanter is designed, which includes four parts: seedling feeding mechanism, frame and transmission system.
