摘 要
大客车玻璃擦净器是基于大客车玻璃的擦洗清洗技术,并针对具体的作业对象,具有明确功能的实用大客车玻璃擦净器,其工作在垂直危险的玻璃大客车玻璃,能够克服重力的作用,携带清洗设备,是面向现代大客车玻璃外墙表面保洁、清洗服务的极限作业大客车玻璃擦净器。本文针对国内大客车玻璃的清洗现状,结合大客车玻璃清洗作业的具体工作环境,开发设计出了一种专用于大客车玻璃清洗的水射流式大客车玻璃擦净器,该大客车玻璃擦净器具有结构新颖、安全可靠、重量轻、效率高的特点。
本次设计一款可以在大客车安全擦洗玻璃的清洗器,要求在擦洗过程中动作顺畅,机构灵活。可以说实现大客车安全工作,装置简单、轻便。外形美观,方便拆卸。可实现厚度为5mm-32mm的大客车玻璃的擦洗。首先对大客车玻璃擦净器总体方案进行介绍,在此基础上,对大客车玻璃擦净器总体结构进行设计分析。其次重点介绍大客车玻璃擦净器的驱动机构,讨论大客车玻璃擦净器的作业路径及运动控制规划。最后,简单介绍大客车玻璃擦净器的擦洗机构。

ABSTRACT
Bus glass cleaning device is based on bus glass scrubbing and cleaning technology,and aimed at specific working objects,has a clear function of practical bus glass cleaner,which works in the vertical dangerous glass bus glass,Can overcome the effect of gravity,carry cleaning equipment,is facing the modern bus glass exterior wall surface cleaning,cleaning service limit operation bus glass cleaner. In view of the present situation of domestic bus glass cleaning and combined with the concrete working environment of bus glass cleaning operation,a water jet bus glass cleaner is developed and designed,which is specially used for bus glass cleaning. The utility model has the characteristics of novel structure,safe and reliable,light weight and high efficiency.
The design of a cleaning device can safely scrub glass in the bus,requires smooth movement in the scrubbing process,flexible mechanism. Can be said to achieve bus safety work,the device is simple,portable. Beautiful appearance,easy to disassemble. Can realize the thickness of 5mm-32mm bus glass scrub. Firstly,the general scheme of bus glass cleaner is introduced. On this basis,the overall structure of bus glass cleaner is designed and analyzed. Secondly,the driving mechanism of bus glass cleaner is introduced,and the working path and motion control plan of bus glass cleaner are discussed.
