摘 要
我国建筑行业BIM技术近几年发展迅猛，在对国内外BIM现状的分析后，我们运用BIM技术和IPD思想对重庆科技金融中心项目实施毕业设计研究方案。
利用Revit和BIMSpace完成案例工程土建和安装模型的设计，并使用广联达BIM算量系列软件，分土建、安装两部分进行投标，站在投标方的角度对案例工程进行真实模拟，分析了BIM技术在投标管理阶段的应用点和影响。
在案例工程投标管理过程中发现：国内BIM产业侧重于软件开发，基于BIM的招投标阶段是行业关注焦点，而电子招投标系统与前后阶段的数据共享还无法实现无损传递，各阶段协同性有待进一步提高。

ABSTRACT
BIM technology has been developing rapidly in the construction industry of our country in recent years. After analyzing the present situation of BIM at home and abroad, we apply BIM technology and IPD thought to carry out graduation design research project for Chongqing Science & Technology and Finance Center project.
Use Revit and BIMSpace to complete the design of case engineering civil construction and installation model, and use Guanglianda BIM calculation series software to bid in two parts: civil construction and installation, and simulate the case project from the point of view of bidder. The application point and influence of BIM technology in bidding management stage are analyzed.
In the process of bidding management of case engineering, it is found that the domestic BIM industry focuses on software development, the bidding phase based on BIM is the focus of the industry, and the data sharing between the electronic bidding system and the pre-and post-stage is still unable to achieve lossless transmission. The cooperation of each stage needs to be further improved.

1 工程概况
1.1工程简介
本项目位于位于重庆科技金融中心大楼以南，XX大楼以西地块 。用地面积 8947 m2。总建筑面积29480.6 m2，其中地上19847.72 m2，地下 9632.88 m2；建筑总高度49.8 米，最大单跨跨度20 米；工程建安费用12328.3万元，本次招标投资额为 1142.1570 万元（含暂列金58万元）。工期225日历天，招标范围主要包括装饰、水电、夜景照明（具体详见招标人提供的图纸、工程量清单）。
