摘 要
本设计根据给定的原始资料及相关要求,进行完整的北方地区某城市污水厂工艺设计。污水厂设计水量为150000m3/d,考虑自用水量(自用水量系数为1.3),则最大污水量为195000m3/d。本次设计包括污水水量的计算;设计方案对比论证;污水、污泥处理工艺流程确定;污水、污泥处理单元构筑物的详细设计计算,(包括设计流量计算、参数选择、计算过程等);污水泵站的工艺设计;高程计算:厂区总平面布置说明等。
本设计要求处理后的水质满足国家城市污水排放水质标准《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B标准。由于污水来源主要为生活污水,氮磷含量较高,由此设计中需要考虑到脱氮除磷。该厂二级生物处理主要采用A2/O处理工艺,主要构筑物为:泵前中格栅、提升泵房、细格栅、旋流沉砂池、平流式沉淀池、A2/O反应池、辐流式沉淀池、紫外线消毒渠。污泥处理构筑物有:重力浓缩池、污泥脱水机房等。

ABSTRACT
According to the given original data and relevant requirements, this design carries out a complete process design of a municipal wastewater treatment plant in the northern region. The design volume of wastewater treatment plant is 1 500 m3 / d and the maximum wastewater volume is 195 000 m3 / d considering the self-water consumption (self-water consumption coefficient is 1. 3). This design includes the calculation of sewage water quantity, the comparison and demonstration of design scheme, the determination of the process flow of sewage and sludge treatment; Detailed design and calculation of sewage, sludge treatment unit structure (including design flow calculation, parameter selection, calculation process, etc.); process design of sewage pump station; elevation calculation: general layout description of plant area, etc.
This design requires that the treated water quality meet the first class B standard (GB 18918-2002) of the National Municipal sewage discharge quality Standard < the Municipal sewage treatment Plant Pollutant discharge Standard >. Because the source of sewage is mainly domestic sewage and the content of nitrogen and phosphorus is high, it is necessary to consider the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in the design. The secondary biological treatment of this plant mainly adopts A _ 2 / O treatment technology. The main structures are: front pump middle grid, lifting pump room, fine grid, swirl settling sand tank, horizontal sedimentation tank, A _ 2 / O reaction tank, radial flow sedimentation tank, ultraviolet disinfection canal. Sludge treatment structures are: gravity enrichment tank, sludge dewatering room and so on.
